Please note that you may be charged a fee by your bank (beneficiary or correspondent bank) or credit card issuer or blockchain network/crypto exchange. These are levied by your payment provider and not by Crystal Ball Markets.
Deposits are processed immediately if there is no need for additional verification. Crystal Ball Markets is not liable for any transfer delays you may experience due to a disruption of service in the system of the payment service provider.
All withdrawals are processed during standard business hours, i.e. 09:00-17:00 GMT, Monday-Friday.
Please note that some issuing banks may not allow credit/debit card deposits. If affected, please choose another option or contact us for assistance.
If there has been no trading activity on your account for at least 12 months, your trading account becomes automatically dormant and will be archived. If you request to withdraw your funds after no material trading activity, we reserve the right to charge you the equivalent amount of any banking or payment processing or network fees incurred.
